We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions or images are error-free. If you encounter any inaccuracies, please contact us immediately.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zendaya Kids Emporium shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from delayed deliveries.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 3 business days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Underwear
- Swimwear

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number provided by our customer service team.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
